â–ª Responsible for hiring, scheduling, training, disciplinary, and ordering to ensure workflow, operations, and employees meet company goals.
â–ª Certified in shipping and receiving UPS, USPS, DHL, domestic, freight, international, client delivery, claims, and conflict resolution, being the communication line between the flow of goods in and out of the facilities.
â–ª Certified in packing HAZMAT, fragile palette, scoring, freight, and wine shipments to ensure they arrive at their destination without issue, gaining and keeping repeat customers.
â–ª Train and provide training to employees on how to design, layout, paper types, printing capabilities, and provide finishing services to include photo retouching, Command Workstation, Adobe software, scanning, text, index, cover, C1S & C2S, linen, wide format, banners, canvas, vinyl, photo gloss, cutting, scoring, padding, laminating, binding, and mounting, which provides an opportunity for employees to learn and hone new skills, up-sell, cross-sell, and showcase our capabilities.
â–ª Set up and maintain customers' small businesses and personal mailboxes with physical addresses so customers can receive their mail from UPS, USPS, DHL, and mail forwarding inside a safe location. Customers were also able to charge multiple in store services to their house account which saved customers time and hassle.
â–ª Worked as a Notary public and Fieldprint technician as well as taught and encouraged other employees to do the same which helped increased sales and was a convenience to the clients.
â–ª Ranked 3rd overall Store with 7th highest customer count out of all UPS Stores in the State of Oregon as a Certified Center Operator.â–ª Worked side by side with sister store, the most successful UPS Store for printing & design services in Oregon and Washington.â–ª Increased all profit margins for the store I primarily ran by 2% as a Certified Center Operator the last year I worked there and by 1% the previous year.
